My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was great, allowing for easy access to the beach and the bay. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I felt that the rooms could really use some updates. The beach area was nice, but the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially for breakfast. Overall, it’s a decent choice but certainly not perfect.

The rooms were clean, but they are definitely in desperate need of upgrades. I was quite disappointed that I didn't even see a window until the next day when we tried to enjoy the view.

The staff really accommodated our needs, even removing a bathroom door to help my mother-in-law's walker fit. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was very nice, which made a positive impact on our experience.

The location is pretty good, being close to the water, but getting to a grocery store or restaurants isn't very convenient. We appreciated the option for free transportation but wished it was more accessible.

The dining experience could have been improved; breakfast was from a machine, which was quite disappointing. Though there were moments of excitement like dolphins swimming nearby, the options were limited.
